Admissions Procedure
1. Apply online by visiting this link and selecting FEU HS Manila in the “Select School”:
2. Fill out the application form. Use a Gmail account to register. Make sure the spelling of the email address is correct and that all information is updated, accurate, and reliable.
3. You will receive an email regarding your registration. Click on the link provided on the email.
4. Log-in using your registered email and password.
5. Once logged-in, click the “K-12 Admission” button in the menu bar, then, select the “K-12 Admission Assistant”, and click “Application.”
6. Fill-out all the fields with your primary information, personal details, and family details. Then, click “Next.”
7. For Grade 11, kindly upload your Grade 9 Report card. For Grade 12 transferee, upload your most recent Grade 11 Report card. Click “Finish”.
8. Pay the application fee amounting to P500.00.
9. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email to proceed with your exam booking.
10. Kindly schedule your exam through your student portal: https://bit.ly/FEUHSATbooking
11. Select K-12 Admissions tab, then click K-12 Entrance Exam Booking, click “Book Exam”.
12. Print your Examination Permit and bring this during your exam schedule.
