Application for Admissions

When will the application for FEU HS Admission Test resume?

Who can apply?
  • If you are an incoming Grade 11 student for the next school year, Filipino or foreign, then you are welcome to apply. Apply online by visiting this link.
My documents for application are not complete. Can I still apply?

You may apply with any or all of the three requirements. You must prepare to upload the scanned copy of your Grade 9 report card. However, those with complete requirements will be given priority for quota strands.

How much is the admissions fee?

The admissions fee is P200.00

How can I avail the free admissions fee?

You can avail free admissions by joining our LIKE Talks and KEYS Forum activities posted in our official Facebook page.

How do I know if I have been accepted to FEU HS?

You will receive an acceptance or rejection letter in the email you indicated in the application form. Once you are done with online registration and your payment is settled, you will receive a confirmation email in your Gmail account to find out if you are qualified. Evaluation usually takes 1-2 working days.

I passed! What do I do next?

Congratulations! You are now ready to enroll. You may now reserve your slot until March 31, 2021. Please follow the instructions in the acceptance letter sent to your registered email address.

I have been accepted to FEU HS but not in the strand I want. Can I still enroll?

You may only enroll in the strands you were accepted into. However, as per CMO 105 s2017, SHS graduates from any strand are eligible to enroll in any course they prefer in college. You may read more here.

If you are eligible, (see above) you may send an application letter to and attach all requirements needed.

I am an incoming Grade 12 student, am I still eligible to apply for Academic Achievement Scholarship?

The Academic Achievement scholarship for Grade 12 is by invitation only. The Registrar will inform eligible incoming Grade 12 students if they qualify.

Until when are you going to accept scholarship applications?

Applications will be accepted while slots are still available.

How do I know if my scholarship application has been approved?

If you qualify to any of the scholarship types, the Registrar will directly notify you via email.

Where do I find my AdCon (Admissions Control) Number?

The student’s AdCon Number can be found on the acceptance letter sent to you via email by the Admissions Office.

What is my student number?

The student number will be generated upon the enrollment. It will be emailed to you by the Admissions Office.

How do I enroll?

When can I enroll for Grade 12?

Grade 12 enrollment is ongoing. Moreover, we have automatically pre-enrolled all Grade 11 students who have been promoted to Grade 12. The details are in the Canvas Bulletin. Please also visit: for more information.

Do I need to reserve a slot for Grade 12?

There is no need to reserve slots for Gr 12. You may proceed to enrollment once you are promoted and are cleared.

When will I know my section?

Your section will be emailed to you by the Admissions and Registration Office one (1) to two (2) weeks before the start of classes.

Do you accept new students for Grade 12?

Yes, the school accepts Grade 12 transferees.

When is the deadline for enrollment?

The deadline for enrollment is until July 16, 2021.

Do I need to reserve first before I enroll?

My requirements are incomplete. Am I allowed to enroll?
Am I expected to have internet access away from school if I enroll in FEU HS?

Yes. Even before the ECQ, students in FEU High were expected to have the capability to access their Canvas accounts at home via the internet. FEU High has also announced that SY 2020-21 shall be delivered FULLY ONLINE in the interest of health and safety.

Can I already apply for admissions for S.Y. 2020-2021?

Please be advised that the application and enrollment for S.Y. 2020-2021 is still closed as of the moment. Please wait for further announcements regarding this matter.

How do I book an appointment to the school?

How do I request for school documents?

You may fill-up this request form: or send an email to with the name of the student, student number, and the complete list of documents you are requesting for. Please note that there is a 10-day processing lead time for document requests.

Will we have to physically go to school at the beginning of the S.Y.?

No. Your safety is important to us. In order for you to stay home, the curriculum will be delivered FULLY ONLINE.

When will classes on campus resume?

The first semester will be delivered online (November). Management will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation to assess if it is safe to return to campus in the second semester.

Will we be required to wear a uniform while studying online?

Students are encouraged to exercise proper grooming through simplicity. All FEU HS students are required to wear the prescribed attire during synchronous sessions and/or asynchronous activities in PE class. Students are reminded to observe decent background during synchronous video sessions.

How about uniforms for Physical Education classes?

For PE synchronous classes, students are required to wear the following:
Grade 11 – plain white round neck shirt and any jogging pants
White athletic socks
Rubber shoes
Grade 12 – PE shirt or any FEU shirt (preferably gold/yellow FEU shirt)
White athletic socks
Rubber shoes

What platform will be used for online classes?

FEU High School has been using Canvas even before the pandemic. Know more HERE.

Until when will the classes be delivered fully online?

Online classes will go on until Management has assessed that it is safe for students and employees to return to campus. You will be informed of the decision ahead of time to give you ample time to prepare.

Will the school fees be adjusted?

We have reduced our fees! Read this. The discount will either be deducted from subsequent payables or refunded, if in excess. Request for an assessment of the discounted fees HERE.

Will I be expected to be connected to the internet the whole day?

No. Our method of delivery will be largely asynchronous and all synchronous activities shall be announced ahead of time.

Is it ok to start in July even if DepEd schools will start on August 24?

According to DO 7 series of 2020, private schools are allowed to open after June provided no face to face classes are administered before August 24. To read the DepEd Order visit:

Why are you starting earlier than in public schools?

DepEd schools are starting later but will be conducting Saturday classes. FEU High School wishes to avoid having weekend classes. Furthermore, the first few weeks will be for extended Schola Brevis where students will be familiarizing themselves with the learning management system and relearning how to learn online.

Do we need to buy books for online classes?

FEU High School students are not required to purchase physical books for online classes. All e-learning resources will be provided through FEU High School’s Learning Management Environment, TamSpace.

If I already paid a reservation fee, what is the minimum amount that I need to pay to enroll?

Can I enroll without the voucher?

Yes you may. If you are able to acquire your voucher AFTER enrollment, you may still submit this to finance and refund the voucher amount.

I still have a voucher refund from DepEd from Grade 11. Will this be deducted from my Grade 12 fees?


How do I find out my school fee balance?

How do we access Canvas?

For the newly enrolled students, they will be given a temporary access for the Canvas Orientation Course before the start of the school year. Once the official student accounts are available, they will be notified through an email with instructions on how to activate it.

Do we need to be connected to the internet to access the learning materials on this platform?

Yes, preferably with a speed of at least of 512kbps to view text-based materials and 5mbps to view the video learning materials. 

What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?

As of 15 June 2020, Canvas supports Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. It is recommended to use a computer five years old or newer with at least 2GB of RAM. For more details, you can refer to this webpage published by the Canvas community or you may also refer to the DepEd recommendation.

How can I be alerted if there are new posts on my Canvas inbox?

Once you have an account, you can set-up your notifications in Canvas. FEU High School also posts #YGM (You’ve Got Mail) announcements on the official FB Page to remind students of important school-wide update.

Is ALEKS different from Canvas?

Yes, they are different. Canvas is FEU High School’s Learning Management System. On the other hand, ALEKS is a web-based, artificial intelligence assessment and learning system. Both of these learning environments are under TamSpace. To know more about how ALEKS works, click HERE.

Are students required to avail ALEKS?

Not all students are required to avail it. However, for students who will be taking up Math and Accounting, ALEKS is already embedded in their curriculum.

Canvas Parent App

What is the Canvas Parent App?

The Canvas Parent App lets you, the parent/guardian of a student, view the requirements, grades and events of all the courses the student is (currently) enrolled in, in real-time.

It also allows you to send messages directly to the teachers of the student.

This makes both monitoring of the student’s performance and getting in touch with the teachers convenient especially during the time of the pandemic.

How do I get to use it?

First, you need to have an account. The account details will be sent by the Ed Tech Office of FEU HS based on the email account that you have provided to the Admissions Office. In case you still don’t have an account, you can request for one by filling out this form.

The email will also contain instructions on how to use the basic features of the app.

What devices do I need in order to use the app?

Any mobile device with an Android system (6.0 or later versions) or iOS (12.0 or later versions) can run the Canvas Parent App.

To get the app, go to the app store, look for Canvas Parent App and install the app in your mobile device.

The account details I received are not working, who do I need to get in touch with?

You can report this by sending an email to When the account is ready, you will receive a reply with the (new) account details.

In case I forgot my password, who do I need to get in touch with?

There is a “Forgot Password” link on the front page of the app. Click the link then follow the instructions.

In case I want my password to be reset, who do I need to get in touch with?

In case I have problems with the app, who do I need to ask for assistance?

There is a Help link when you go to the profile page of the app by clicking the three horizontal lines at the upper left hand side of the app. You may also send an email to to report technical issues that you experienced.

I have multiple children studying in FEU HS, how do I get to see their grades?

Generally an account is provided for each student. But you can request that a single account be used to monitor all your children by emailing

Can I install the app in multiple devices?

Yes. But please take note if a device opts for the resetting of a password, this will also affect the logging in of other devices where the app is installed using the same account.

May I share the account details with other family members so they can help monitor the student’s performance?

The account is not registered per device. It can be accessed through multiple devices. However, please be careful in sharing your account details.

Can we have multiple accounts monitoring a single student?

You can request for this by sending an email to However, the approval for such request will be on a case to case basis.

Why do some courses don’t show the grades in the app?

There are some courses that are non-academic in nature like the General Bulletin Course for school-wide announcements, virtual office courses for the library and guidance counsellors, and courses for our platforms like Canvas and MS Teams.

In case there are academic courses that do not show the grade of your child, please get in touch with the teacher (through the Canvas Parent App).

Can I view the grades from previous semesters using the app?

The Canvas system cleans up the list of courses of students in their Canvas dashboard once a semester has concluded. This will result in the clean-up of the Courses in the Canvas Parent App.

Can I use the app to have a video call with the teacher?

Unfortunately, the app does not have that feature.

But the teacher can arrange for an MS Teams video conference on your agreed pre-arranged schedule (especially during Midterm advisements and Final grade advisements).

MS 365 Account

How do I get my MS 365 account?

Once you are officially enrolled, our IT Team will send your username and password to the email account you have registered with our Admissions Team.

How do I install Office 365 apps (Word, OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint)?

Using your laptop or desktop, log in to this site with your MS 365 username and password.

Click the “Install Office” button and follow the instructions.
