Off-site Enrollment Procedure

TAMS TAKE NOTE


SY 2021-2022 will be delivered ONLINE for the first semester and until the COVID-19 situation improves.


On-campus enrollment is suspended until further notice. All students wishing to enroll during the quarantine period may still do so following the offsite enrollment procedures below.

Step 1: Prepare Documents

Prepare a scanned copy of the following documents in .pdf format for uploading in Step 2:

  • Most recent Grade 10 report card OR
  • Certificate of Candidacy for Completion –
    • Issued by the School Principal or Registrar certifying that the applicant is a candidate for Grade 10 completion
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) issued Birth Certificate
  • DepEd voucher documents, if any:
    • PEAC issued (QVA) Voucher Certificate OR
    • ESC Certificate
    • Diploma or Moving-up Certificate for Public JHS

Documents not yet complete? Applicants may enroll conditionally by accomplishing a Pending Requirement Agreement Form, which can be downloaded below, and upload it together with the other requirements in Step 2.

Step 2: Upload Documents

Accomplish the FEU High School Enrollment Requirements Submissions Form (Incoming Grade 11) and upload the correct documents on the form by clicking the link below.

Step 3: Payment

Pay the down payment amounting to P17,000 or P12,000 (if the reservation fee is paid) through the following payment options:

1. Dragonpay – online banking, over-the-counter (OTC), Bayad Center, money remittances, etc.

If you’ve chosen to use DragonPay, click the appropriate links below to complete the transaction.

The applicant’s Admissions Control Number (AdCon) will be the invoice number.

2. BPI Bank Deposit/Transfer

Once the payment has been settled, fill-out and submit the proof of transaction through this LINK.

Please note that a 5% discount is given for full payments on or before the first day of classes. To avail, send an email to finance@feuhighschool.edu.ph for the final computation of fees.

Step 4: Certificate of Registration

Regularly check your registered email for the Certificate of Registration (COR) issued by the Registrar’s Office.
