SY 2021-2022 will be delivered ONLINE for the first semester and until the COVID-19 situation improves.
On-campus enrollment is suspended until further notice. All students wishing to enroll during the quarantine period may still do so following the offsite enrollment procedures below.
Prepare a scanned copy of the following documents in .pdf format for uploading in Step 2:
Documents not yet complete? Applicants may enroll conditionally by accomplishing a Pending Requirement Agreement Form, which can be downloaded below, and upload it together with the other requirements in Step 2.
Accomplish the FEU High School Enrollment Requirements Submissions Form (Incoming Grade 11) and upload the correct documents on the form by clicking the link below.
Pay the down payment amounting to P17,000 or P12,000 (if the reservation fee is paid) through the following payment options:
1. Dragonpay – online banking, over-the-counter (OTC), Bayad Center, money remittances, etc.

The applicant’s Admissions Control Number (AdCon) will be the invoice number.
