ONLINE REGISTRATION

1. Apply online by visiting this link and selecting FEU HS Manila from the “Select School.”
2. Fill out the application form. Use a Gmail account to register. Make sure the spelling of the email address is correct and that all information is updated, accurate, and reliable.
3. Upload your recently issued report card.
4. Pay the application fee amounting to P500.00.
5. Wait for the confirmation email in your Gmail account to find out if you qualify. Evaluation usually takes 1-2 working days.

1. Scanned copy or photo of recently issued Report Card (in PDF File)
   • For Grade 7 – upload Grade 6 report card
   • For Grade 8 – upload Grade 7 report card
   • For Grade 9 – upload Grade 8 report card
   • For Grade 10 – upload Grade 9 report card

   Reminders:

   • Must show all grades and the general weighted average of the student
   • All pages of the report card must be saved in one .pdf file
   • The file must not exceed 5MB
2. ID Picture
   • Must show the full face down to the shoulders of the applicant, properly groomed, and in decent attire
   • With white or any plain, light-colored background
   • Should not contain other people or objects other than the applicant
   • The file must not exceed 5 MB
3. Application fee of P500 (inclusive of service fees)
   • Pay via DragonPay.
   • Click the button on the page that says JHS – Application Fee (S.Y. 2024-2025).

Senior High School

ONLINE REGISTRATION

1. Apply online by visiting this link and selecting FEU HS Manila in the “Select School.”
2. Fill out the application form. Use a Gmail account to register. Make sure the spelling of the email address is correct and that all information is updated, accurate, and reliable.
3. You will receive an email regarding your registration. Click on the link provided on the email.
4. Log-in using your registered email and password.
5. Once logged-in, click the “K-12 Admission” button in the menu bar, then, select the “K-12 Admission Assistant”, and click “Application.”
6. Fill-out all the fields with your primary information, personal details, and family details. Then, click “Next.”
7. For Grade 11, kindly upload your Grade 9 Report card. For Grade 12 transferee, upload your most recent Grade 11 Report card. Click “Finish”.
8. Pay the application fee amounting to P500.00.
9. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email to proceed with your exam booking.
10. Kindly schedule your exam through your student portal: https://bit.ly/FEUHSATbooking
11. Select K-12 Admissions tab, then click K-12 Entrance Exam Booking, click “Book Exam”.
12. Print your Examination Permit and bring this during your exam schedule.
