“…thank you, FEU HS, because you motivate me to push my limits. In the short time that I’ve been enrolled in this school, you have provided me with the environment and support I need to become a better person.”

My name is Sean Alolor, 12 years old and currently in seventh grade. Some of my interests are video games, chess, reading books, basketball, and watching videos online. I’m a big gamer. I like First Person Shooter (FPS) games and I also play Role-Playing Games (RPGs) when I want to chill. I like reading books and some of my favorites are The Fault in Our Stars, The Hating Game, and The Diary of a Wimpy Kid series.

I won a chess competition once at school when I was in Grade 4 which was more of a hobby that my father and I play whenever we have free time. We also play basketball whenever we can.

I would describe myself as a “lazy student” since I procrastinate a lot, and a “crazy student” before I graduated from elementary because I see myself as weird.

I chose to study in FEU High School because I believe that studying in this school will help me develop into a much better person. I learned about FEU HS through the Internet. I was looking for a new school and when I came across FEU HS, I decided to apply and was fortunate enough to be accepted.

This was when I realized that I’ve set my limits far too low which can keep me from reaching my full potential. Being a student at FEU HS taught me to push my limits. I learned a lot of new things in academics such as Math and Science where I discovered how to use a microscope or understand Algebra.

What challenged me the most are the extra-curricular activities. There were activities that take time to finish but the FEU HS teachers have been very kind and supportive. They are always approachable and always ready to provide help when we need it.

Through patience and determination and my education at FEU HS, I can conquer obstacles in my high school life. Thank you, FEU HS, because you motivate me to push my limits. In the short time that I’ve been enrolled in this school, you have provided me with the environment and support I need to become a better person. These will help me grow which I truly appreciate.
